SynergEyes Hybrid Contact Lenses Ordering Process Change

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change that will impact the way you place orders for the SynergEyes Hybrid Contact Lenses products in the United Kingdom.

Here at SynergEyes, Inc. (“SynergEyes”) and No7 Contact Lens Laboratory Limited (“No7 Contact Lenses“) (also partof CooperVision Group), we are always looking at ways to make it even easier for us to work together. It’s part of our Promise to bring a refreshing perspective that delivers real advantages for you and your customers.

As a result, and to streamline our processes and provide you with a more efficient service, we have decided to centralise the ordering and invoicing functions under No7 Contact Lenses. This change will allow us to better serve your needs and ensure a smoother overall experience.

Therefore, effective January 1, 2024, we will be transitioning the ordering process of your SynergEyes Hybrid Contact Lenses from Positive Impact Ltd to No7 Contact Lenses.

It’s important to note that this change will not affect the manufacturing or shipment of your SynergEyes Hybrid Contact Lenses products. They will continue to be produced at the same manufacturing site and shipped with the same care and efficiency as before. The only adjustment will be the channel through which you place your orders.

When will these changes of ordering be effective?

The transition of the ordering process of your SynergEyes Hybrid Contact Lenses from Positive Impact Ltd to No7 Contact Lenses will be effective on January 1, 2024.

Will I keep the same account number?

Yes, your SynergEyes account number will not be changed.

What happens with the SynergEyes Lenses currently under warranty?

Your terms with SynergEyes (including warranty) will remain the same – so current warranties will continue.

Where do I send returns/exchanges etc?

You may return or exchange lenses directly with No7 Contact Lenses; the No7 Contact Lenses Customer Service team will process those and order replacements etc.

Will prices change/discounts be honoured?

Yes, no changes to prices are currently planned.

Who do I call for technical advice and fitting guidance?

Will No7 Contact Lenses have all the patient order information from previous orders?
