Manufacturer Guarantee

Any product which has a suspected manufacturer fault may be returned for analysis. A product which has been incorrectly supplied will be credited in full, providing that the product is returned within 30 days from the date of the invoice and the original paperwork is returned. Please report all issues by phone to customer services.

Returns Policy

The returns goods policy is entirely at the discretion of the No7.


Lenses purchased with exchange can be returned and re-ordered for up to 90 days from the date of the original order. In the unlikelihood that a fit is totally unsuccessful a credit will be provided. All returns to the laboratory are subject to a handling charge and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice/delivery note. Failure to provide the paperwork, will delay credits.Unfortunately those lenses purchased without exchange cannot be returned for credit.


For soft disposable blister lenses, we will accept return for credit or exchange providing the product is within the current product range and has a minimum of 9 months remaining shelf life, The product must be in re-saleable condition (unmarked, undamaged & unopened).


All returns/credits exclude P&P charges.

Non Receipt of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be consigned at the sender carriers risk. No7 does not accept liability for returns that are lost between the sender and the premises.


Delivery

Our standard delivery service is not guaranteed next day and any delivery date provided by us is an estimate based on the lens design and carrier service level. We do not accept responsibility for any loss caused by late delivery. For standard despatch methods, please allow 10 days for delivery.


Next Day Service

Providing we receive the request before 12:00pm and subject to laboratory approval, lenses can be despatched by next day service at an additional cost.


LENS CARE PRODUCTS

No7 do not accept lens care products for exchange or credit other than supply error or a suspected manufacturer fault.

Delivery of goods as ordered by a customer shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions

Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges. RRP pricing is inclusive of VAT (as per current standard VAT rates)

Payment of an invoice must be made by the 25th day of the month following the statement on which the invoice first appears. If you fail to pay by the due date, we shall be entitled to suspend or cancel delivery of goods

The descriptions, illustration, performance figures or specifications contained in the literature, price lists and other advertising matter shall not form part of any contract unless specifically incorporated therein

We warrant that upon delivery, goods shall be free from all manufacturing defects and defects in design, materials or workmanship. Where you are the consumer of the product, this warranty shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

These terms and conditions shall, in all respects be construed in conformity with English law and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts
