The return goods policy is entirely at the discretion of No7 Contact Lenses.

To enable us to process your credit/exchange more efficiently please enclose a copy of your invoice with every return, providing a reason for return. Failure to provide a reason may delay any refund.

Non-receipt of returned goods: Returned goods must be consigned at the sender/carrier’s risk. No7 does not accept liability for returns that are lost between sender and our premises.

Promotional pricing is at trade. Other discounts do not apply.


No7 offer a 90 day guaranteed fit warranty exchange programme. Lenses will be entitled to two replacements at no charge, less a handling fee, provided the replacement lens is within reasonable specification of the original order. We will credit the original invoice once the exchanged product is returned, sending the replacement with a new invoice. Please contact our RGP Technical Support team or Customer Services quoting your original order details if you plan to return a lens or request an exchange.

PRS discounts are based on the full list price. Patients cancelled before the first replacement is sent will be invoiced the equivalent of the discount given off the original order.

Lens Care And Ancillary Products

No7 do not accept returned Lens Care products for exchange or credit, other than supply error or a suspected manufacturer fault.

Soft Lens Portfolio

No7 operate a discretionary returns policy for soft disposable blister lenses and will accept return of all soft disposable lens products for credit or exchange providing the product is:

  • Current product range with a minimum of 9 months shelf life
  • Returned with the original paperwork/order details
  • In re-saleable condition e.g. unmarked, undamaged, unopened
  • Returned within 90 days from date of invoice
  • Excludes products originally provided as part of a promotional campaign
  • Excludes original P&P/delivery charges
  • Subject to prevailing handling charges
